I'm a Systems & Automation Engineer with 3+ years at Raytheon building and maintaining infrastructure for large-scale aerospace programs. I specialize in Linux systems, infrastructure automation, and developer tooling.
Outside of work I run a homelab, work on a ton of little personal projects, play a lot of Magic the Gathering, and fly first-person-view drones and planes.
Atlassian Suite Administration:
Political Science Minor • Relevant Coursework: Network Systems, Linux System Administration, Operating Systems, Database Systems, Data Structures, Software Development Tools, Intro Data Science, Intro Artificial Intelligence
PACE Academy • 4.0 GPA
I work directly with many different Linux systems, mainly RHEL systems on OS configuration and management. While I've never served as a dedicated Sysadmin, my roles have demanded a ton of that work.
I work with Terraform and Ansible to automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management. After dealing directly with systems for so many years, it's been awesome to finally get experience in automation.
I've installed and maintained a ton of different apps for the teams I've worked on, including the full Atlassian and IBM ELM suites. During my time on GPS OCX 3F my role consisted almost exclusively of administration of these apps.
I create lots of little scripts and apps for personal use on my home machines and servers. Check out my GitHub to see all my personal projects and repositories.
I love to mess around with new distros, desktop environments, FOSS, etc. My daily machines are running EndeavorOS and Omarchy and I've got a dedicated Proxmox server for all my homelab projects.
